Resorts World Sentosa - Festive Hotel, Singapore

I was really disappointed with my stay at this place. The rooms were basic and poorly maintained, and the service was lacking, with unfriendly staff that seemed uninterested in helping. The dining options were unaffordable and shared with a neighboring hotel, making everything feel overcrowded. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected a lot more.

The hotel is an exciting place for families, with plenty of outdoor attractions and a vibrant pool area that my kids loved. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Universal Studios and other attractions in Sentosa. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic and took longer than expected, plus I noticed some issues with the room amenities. Overall, we had a fun stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
